Introducing Ben Rice

Ben is a U.S powerlifter and has some crazy numbers to his name. Video or it never happened. Ben trains to the Sheiko principles (with his personal twist), an intense, often high volume method of training developed by the Russians that strips down training to the very basics of squatting, benching and deadlifting.
