‘Becoming a Supple Leopard’ by Kelly Starrett arrived through my letterbox today. I’ve only had a quick flick through so far but I am already so impressed. I can already see this book is going to become an important resource in my training and recovery. It is packed full of knowledge bombs as Kelly would say. But who I am to tell you how good it is… Here’s Forrest Griffin (UFC Fighter) doing a fantastic job of explaining the books credentials.
